This time last year, we were almost finished picking whites varieties. What a difference a year makes! This year, we're still waiting for the fruit to reach optimum ripeness so haven't picked a single bunch.
The vineyard team are amongst the vines daily ensuring that the canopy is allowing the maximum amount of sunlight to hit the bunches.
While the delay to the start of vintage means that the end of vintage will likely be frenetic (or even more so than usual), it's looking like the white varieties will be delicate, refined and have incredible lift from the natural acidity in the grapes.
