The “minimal inputs” approach allows the fruit to retain its natural balance and varietal expression, leading to an appealing, elegant and intense blend of flavours across the Smithbrook range.
The 2011 Yilgarn Blanc de Blancs sparkling is praised by Ray Jordan in The West Australian Wine Guide 2016 for its "lovely deep and persistent palate" and "crisp dry finish".
